Goke is Coming

Shockiku used this impressive art to sell Goke, Body Snatcher From Hell, to the world market.

It appeared in the '68 issue of Movie/TV Marketing.

I like Goke a lot. Its odd tone, surreal color scheme, and slightly arch performances make it a unique Japanese sci-fi/cosmic horror effort.

    If George Romero and Mario Bava got together and made a film in Japan, it would look like GOKE. Great film, also reminiscent of MATANGO in plot and themes.
