  1. Quite a fascinating list, with quite a few interesting-sounding obscurities--that book on Contemporary Japanese Erotica looks amazing. Incidentally, have you read Cronenberg's CONSUMED?

  2. As always, an excellent, highly eclectic selection with quite a few titles I'm not familiar with (that book on Japanese erotic art looks amazing). Incidentally, have you read Cronenberg's CONSUMED?

  3. Excellent selections! It's great to see so many outside-the-mainstream choices, including several I'm not familiar with. Incidentally, have you read Cronenberg's CONSUMED?

  4. I've always wanted to check out Stokoe, especially Cows. I'd love to look at the collection of contemporary Japanese erotica. Gotta love anything with Takato Yamamoto on the cover.

  5. Phantom, what always gets on my nerves about the hard-core inserts in the complete uncut version of "They Call Her One Eye" AKA " Thriller: A Cruel Picture" (1973) is that although you can see the dick thrusting in and out of the birds bum and the chopper spunking all over the birds arse when it pulls out the film-makers unfortunately committed the cardinal sin of NOT filming it in POV there-by allowing the hideous and horrifying blokes arse to come into shot which always spoils my wank whenever i try to jerk-off to that movie, its a real shame because Christina Lindberg was such an incredibly hot babe back in 1973 when the bird was 21 or 22, why oh why couldn`t those silly bastards have filmed it in POV instead then it would`ve been one of the THE greatest masturbation-aids of all-time.

  6. Tony B/Hamster -- I personally prefer lesbian porn, and if I made porn films, I would only make lesbian porn films.

Jesse W -- Stokoe is a great, underrated writer. COWS is a masterpiece. He should be a lot better known than he is.

Adamrg -- I haven't read that Cronenberg book, but I will. The Japanese compendium is a beauty.

  7. Hey Phantom, great list and Im glad to see you're still blogging. Would love to see a movie post soon. On a related note, Matt Stokoe contacted me not too long ago to review Colony of Whores. Alas, Im not writing so much these days, but Id keep an eye out for anyone who may want to. If you, or any of you're writer friends would be interested, I know Matt would love it. Pretty sure he'd even send out a copy of the book for said person to review. In any case, good to see you're still posting.
